Prestations de surveillance humaine et/ou de filtrage for La Poste sites in the department of Mayotte. The sites in question are ERP, industrial establishments in the Mail and Parcels branch, as well as administrative sites. The expected services are:

1. Recurring services:

• General site surveillance

• Security/safety patrol

• Fire prevention and fighting

• Prevention and fighting against malicious acts

• Prevention and fighting against incivility and aggression

• Assistance to persons and rescue of victims

• Prevention of technical risks

• Control of access for persons and vehicles

2. Non-recurring services on request from La Poste:

• Inspection filtering post (PIF)

• Cynotechnics

• Planned additional service

• Planned occasional service

• Emergency service

• Specific service

• Exceptional accompaniment service

The consultation consists of a single lot: Lot Mayotte 976. A framework agreement will be concluded with the successful tenderer. The processing of La Poste's data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union.
