For Masterplan Westraven, based on a UAV specification, the Rijkskantoor, used by Rijkswaterstaat, is being renovated in phases. The core task is to integrally redesign and optimize the working environment. Both the logistics, the workplace mix and the spatial layout. In this context, the supporting facilities such as the catering facilities, meeting, presentation and meeting rooms are both qualitatively and quantitatively adequate. The assignment consists of the phased realization and coordination of the entire work in main contract. General characteristics overview Area: - current: approximately 53,700 m2 bvo - after assignment: approximately 55,000 m2 bvo Layout: - high-rise 23 floors (excl. basement and roof structure) - low-rise: 5 wings with 4 floors each (excl. roof structure) Disciplines: construction costs, interior construction, (mechanical) engineering, building physics, circularity, indoor landscaping, sustainability, security, fire safety, construction, installation technology (electricity and ICT), quality assurance, system engineering, safety & health, climate technology. Special feature: during the work, the maintenance of the operational parts of the Westraven complex falls under the responsibility of the contracted maintenance contractors. During the realization, coordination is necessary for temporary situations, (partial) use and (impact of) major work. A target price is used, which is based on a careful estimate made prior to the tender, including market prices. This target price will be communicated to the selected candidates during the registration phase.
