Kredsen Unna – Afdeling for befolkningssikkerhed, afdeling for administration og redningsberedskab (herinafter and in all procedural documents referred to as "the contracting authority") intends to (by concluding public law contracts) award one or more contracts for the provision of ground-based emergency medical services by staffing and operating emergency medical resources in the emergency medical services area of Unna, particularly at the locations of Bönen, Holzwickede and Fröndenberg. To this end, the contracting authority will conduct a transparent and non-discriminatory administrative selection procedure in accordance with § 13 of the Law on Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Medical Transport by Companies (Rettungsgesetz NRW - RettG NRW) in conjunction with § 107 (1) No. 4 of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB).
