SUCCESIVE PROCUREMENT OF CONVENTIONAL AND ECOLOGICAL FEEDSTOCK

**I. OPIS POZIVA NA PONUDBE**

**1.1. Naziv javnega nabavnega postopka:**

Succesive procurement of conventional and ecological feedstock

**1.2. Koda javnega nabavnega postopka:**

**1.3. Opis javnega nabavnega postopka:**

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the successive procurement of conventional and ecological feedstock for the period 2024-2028. The estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 20 000 000,00 (excluding VAT). The framework agreement will be divided into 4 lots, as follows:

Lot 1: Conventional feedstock (estimated value EUR 10 000 000,00)

Lot 2: Ecological feedstock (estimated value EUR 10 000 000,00)

**II. OPIS POZIVA NA PONUDBE**

**2.1. Opis potreb:**

The contracting authority requires the supply of conventional and ecological feedstock for the period 2024-2028. The feedstock must comply with the relevant EU and national regulations and standards.

**2.2. Opis dobav:**

The feedstock must be delivered to the contracting authority's designated storage facilities. The delivery schedule will be agreed upon with the successful tenderer(s).

**2.3. Opis kvalitete:**

The feedstock must meet the following quality requirements:

Conventional feedstock:

- Protein content: minimum 18%

- Fat content: maximum 5%

- Moisture content: maximum 12%

Ecological feedstock:

- Protein content: minimum 18%

- Fat content: maximum 5%

- Moisture content: maximum 12%

- Certified as organic by a recognised certification body

**III. TEHNIČNI PODATKI**

**3.1. Tehnični pogoji:**

The feedstock must be packaged in accordance with the relevant EU and national regulations and standards. The packaging must be clearly labelled with the following information:

- Name and address of the supplier

- Batch number

- Date of production

- Best before date

- Net weight

**3.2. Tehnični dokumentacija:**

The tenderer must submit the following technical documentation:

- Certificate of conformity with the relevant EU and national regulations and standards

- Certificate of analysis for each batch of feedstock

- Certificate of organic certification (for ecological feedstock)

**IV. PODATKI O POZIVU NA PONUDBE**

**4.1. Rok za predaj ponudbe:**

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15.12.2023 at 12:00 CET.

**4.2. Mesto za predaj ponudbe:**

The tenders must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement platform at https://ec.europa.eu/epd

**4.3. Jezik ponudbe:**

The language of the tender is English.
