Emne: Separation of MAVIR network services from the NTG WDM N2 network. The subject of the procurement is the procurement of tools, software licenses and related services necessary for the implementation of an eight-node Nokia DWDM-based optical transmission network. The winning bidder's task is to deliver active and passive network devices, optical modules, software licenses and network management systems required for the implementation of the WDM-based network, design, installation, configuration, commissioning, migration of existing services, training of operating personnel, and ensuring the stability period defined in the contract. The network to be implemented as part of this procurement is 8 nodes in size. The task is to separate the services of MAVIR Zrt. from the National Telecommunications Backbone WDM network and to create a "device-independent" N4 DC network. The solution ensures easier management of the asset elements arising from the separation of the companies and full network independence, and the services can be operated as a homogeneous platform, in an E2E manner. This further increases the reliability of the services. These planned transfers do not affect the continuous business operation. I. Phase Equipment delivery: According to point 1.7 of the technical description and cells B6-B46 of the Itemized Price Table. A total of 291 hardware items, 2 management software items and 13,248 software licenses will be procured as part of the procurement. II. Phase Design, installation, commissioning, training: According to points 1.6 and 1.7 of the technical description and cell B50 of the Itemized Price Table, installation and commissioning services. Carrying out installation, commissioning and implementation tasks related to Phase I, transferring the following services to the new network: • 10x 16GB Fiber Channel, • 4x 8GB Fiber Channel, • 8x 10G, • 2x 1G. III. Phase Stability period: According to points 1.7 and 2 of the technical description and cell B51 of the Itemized Price Table, system support services to be provided during the stability period. After the system is set up and acceptance tested, the stability period begins, during which the implemented system goes live. The winning bidder is obliged to be available to the Inviting Party for any irregularities during the stability period. The system support service required during the stability period is part of this procurement, as completely new manufacturer products and management systems are being introduced into a critical infrastructure. The detailed technical requirements, item numbers and quantity breakdown of the equipment, software licenses and services to be procured are contained in the technical description, which is part of the procurement documents. If any part of the procurement documents refers to a specific brand, origin, type, trademark, patent, activity, person or specific procedure, this is solely to clearly define the subject of the procurement. Alongside such references, the expression "or equivalent" is always to be understood. The bidder is entitled to offer a product, solution or service equivalent to the referenced product, solution or service. The bidder is responsible for proving equivalence. The bid must include documents on the basis of which it can be clearly established that the offered product, solution or service meets the requirements defined in the technical description and is equivalent to it.
