MAITRE D'OEUVRE PARTIELLE FOR RESTORATION WORKS ON THE BUILDING "LA CASERNE" AT THE MUSEE DE MAYOTTE

**1. Description of the works**

The works consist of the partial restoration of the building "La Caserne" at the Musée de Mayotte. The building is a historic monument and is located in Mamoudzou, Mayotte.

The works include the following:

- Restoration of the facade

- Restoration of the roof

- Restoration of the interior walls and ceilings

- Restoration of the floors

- Restoration of the windows and doors

- Restoration of the electrical and plumbing systems

The works must be carried out in accordance with the principles of conservation and restoration of historic monuments, as set out in the Charter of Venice (1964) and the European Convention on the Protection of the Architectural Heritage of Europe (1985).

**2. Contract duration**

The contract duration is 12 months from the date of the order.

**3. Contract value**

The estimated contract value (excluding VAT) is EUR 500,000.

**4. Tender procedure**

The tender procedure is an open procedure.

**5. Award criteria**

The award criteria are as follows:

- Price: 60%

- Technical merit: 30%

- Experience and qualifications: 10%
