**Description:** The European Commission is seeking to procure 2. st lastvogn for the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO). The lastvogn must be equipped with the following specifications:

- **Brand:** Any reputable brand

- **Model:** Any model suitable for humanitarian aid operations

- **Load capacity:** Minimum 10 tonnes

- **Fuel type:** Diesel

- **Emissions standard:** Euro 6

- **Additional requirements:** The lastvogn must be equipped with a crane and a hydraulic lifting platform. It must also have a GPS tracking system and a satellite communication system for remote monitoring and control.

**Budget:** The total budget for this procurement is EUR 500,000 (exclusive of VAT).

**Tender submission:** Interested bidders are invited to submit their tenders electronically via the EU eTendering platform. The deadline for tender submission is 18 December 2023, 16:00 CET.

**Evaluation criteria:** Tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

- **Technical compliance:** 40%

- **Price:** 30%

- **Delivery time:** 20%

- **After-sales service and maintenance:** 10%

**Award procedure:** The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the highest score based on the evaluation criteria. The European Commission reserves the right to negotiate with the highest-scoring bidder before final award.
