Levering, installation, commissioning, training and guarantee service of medical equipment by separate positions. Pursuant to Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, due to lack of secured financing at the opening of the procedure, the Contracting Authority makes the performance of the contract conditional. The performance begins after confirmation from the Contracting Authority of secured financing and submission by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee. If the performance guarantee is not submitted within the time limit specified by the Contracting Authority, without the presence of objective reasons, the contract is terminated. When, after the expiration of a 3-month period from the conclusion of the contract, financing has not been secured, either party may request its termination without prior notice. When, after the expiration of a 10-month period from the conclusion of the contract, financing has not been secured, the contract is deemed terminated.
