Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem's procurement of natural gas for the authorized consumption points of its managed and operated properties via a natural gas supply contract on the Hungarian natural gas network, ensuring the availability of standard quality natural gas energy on a competitive market basis from 06:00 on 01.10.2026 to 06:00 on 01.10.2028, within the framework of a full supply-based natural gas trading agreement. The change of trader is ensured in all cases of use. No capacity binding has yet taken place with regard to the 2027 gas year. The additional payment obligation arising from the energy efficiency obligation system introduced by the amendment to the Act LXXVII of 2015 on Energy Efficiency, arising from the Inviting Party's energy consumption, and burdening the winning bidder, the Inviting Party does not wish to assume without its express and direct legal authorization. The RHD tariffs must be determined in accordance with the tariff regulation (11/2016. (XI. 14.) MEKH regulation) effective from 1 October 2026, if it is published at the time of the bid.
