UCD har til hensigt at indgå en kontrakt for det nye UCD FBD Agricultural Science Centre, Celbridge, Co. Kildare. Den foreslåede bygning på ca. 2.000 m2 vil levere højkvalitets forsknings-, laboratorie- og kontorfaciliteter. Laboratorie- og forskningsrum skal være af højeste moderne standarder og repræsentere UCDs vision for forskning. Kontrakten omfatter også omfattende anlægsarbejder på stedet, herunder en ny dæmningsdam, kloakbehandlingsanlæg og hårdt og blødt landskab.
The contract will also include extensive site services works, including a new attenuation pond, foul treatment system and also hard and soft landscaping.
