Den norske Forsvarsbygg har invitert tilbudsgivere til å sende inn budsjett til en begrenset budsjettkonkurranse med forhandlinger for følgende leveranse: Salg av varmeenergi i form av sirkulerende varmt vann. Konkurransen gjelder en anskaffelse over EØS-sverget satt i Forsvars- og sikkerhetsanbudsreglementet (FOSA) § 2-2, og følger reglene i denne reglementets del I og II.
