BEGRUNDELSE FOR BENYTTELSE AF FORSKYNDET FORFARING:
1. Dette er en genudskrivning af en tidligere konkurrence under CFT nummer 8301076, der ikke resulterede i nogen klagebud. På grund af denne forsinkelse står ATU overfor en uventet tilstand af nød.
2. Projektet skal være fuldført og HEREG-bevillingen fuldt trukket ind før det strenge finansårslutningsdato 31. december 2026. Anvendelse af de standardmæssige minimumstidsgrænser ville gøre projektleveringen umulig inden for den påbudte finansieringstidsramme.
