Opdraget omfatter bygning, installation, commissioning, levering og på nogle dele også validering af BSLIII på 7. sal af CLDR, killtanken (ETP) på 6. sal, og de tekniske installationer på 8. sal samt tilhørende faciliteter (som autoklaver, brus, killtank og biosikkerhedsstole) til indretning af det nye BSLIII. Inden for CLDR realiseres en BSLIII til udførelse af forskning med mikroorganismer, der kan forårsage farlige sygdomme. De specifikke dele tilhørende BSLIII containment udgør cirka 380m2, den tilhørende tekniske rum udgør cirka 530m2.
