Polen – Rengøring – Świadczenie usług kompleksowego utrzymania czystości, porządku oraz stanu higieniczno-sanitarnego w obiektach sportowych Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego we Wrocławiu wraz z terenami zewnętrznymi bezpośrednio przylegającymi do budynków

1. Ordertype: service. 2. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive cleaning, maintenance and hygiene services for the sports facilities of the University of Wrocław, along with adjacent areas, divided into two objects: 1) Object No. 1 - UPWr Multifunctional Hall at ul. Chełmońskiego 43 in Wrocław: • indoor area to be cleaned: 2 980 m², • outdoor area to be cleaned: 340 m². 2) Object No. 2 - UPWr Indoor Swimming Pool at ul. Chełmońskiego 43a in Wrocław: • indoor area to be cleaned: 910 m², • outdoor area to be cleaned: 50 m². 1) The detailed scope of the tasks, their frequency, requirements regarding the organisation of the service, cleanliness standards, means and equipment used, as well as the method of performing individual works is specified in the order subject description (hereinafter: OPD) which is Annex 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed scope of the obligations to perform the order subject is in the document entitled „Projected Contract Terms” hereinafter: PPT, which is Annex 9 to the SWZ. 4. Place of service provision: • Object No. 1 - UPWr Multifunctional Hall at ul. Chełmońskiego 43 in Wrocław • UPWr Indoor Swimming Pool at ul. Chełmońskiego 43a in Wrocław 5. The offer must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire order subject (which consists of Object No. 1 and Object No. 2 together). 6. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer, the content of which will allow the ordering party to verify the offer in terms of its compliance with the content of the SWZ. 7. The content of the contractor's offer must correspond to the content of the Order Specification. 8. The order must be carried out with due care and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the SWZ with annexes and any information for contractors. 9. The contract is concluded for a period of 36 months, counting from the date of commencement of the service, with the reservation of provisions regarding the renewal of the order. 10. The ordering party envisages the possibility of renewing the order on the terms specified in the SWZ and the Projected Contract Terms. 11. The maximum renewal period is 12 months. 12. The total order implementation period, including the basic order and the order implemented under the renewal right, must not exceed 48 months. The detailed rules regarding the order implementation period and the renewal conditions are specified in the Projected Contract Terms, which are an annex to the SWZ. 13. The total estimated value of the order is: 1 708 014,52 zł netto (including 1 258 098,40 zł netto for the basic order, 449 916,12 zł netto for renewals)
