Frankrig – Byggepladstilsyn – Ordonnancement, Pilotage, Coordination (OPC) pour la rénovation énergétique et la restructuration du bâtiment 13 au lycée Raymond Naves à Toulouse (Opération n° 50305)

OPC's mission involves work consisting of: In the firm lot: - Energy renovation of building 13 (day centre in R+4), - Restructuring of building 13 for coherence of premises with the Region's reference framework. The interventions concern, among others: - Replacement of all exterior joinery, - Implementation of a double-flow ventilation system, - External Thermal Insulation (ETI) of the building, - Functional restructuring of part of the ground floor and the first floor. It is a building in R+4 which has approximately 5,300 m². In the optional lot: - Implementation of a geothermal probe field. The operation includes: - Creation of a geothermal probe field for heating supply to buildings 13/14/16, - Installation of heat pumps/geothermal in the boiler room, - Adaptation of the Building Management System (BMS), - Regulation of the heating units of building 13. The implementation of temporary premises and the associated removals are part of the operation. These works are currently estimated at approximately 5,300,000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT and provisionally include 13 separate lots.
