Digital Tvilling Teknologi til gasnet

The Contracting Authority is the Danish Gas Technology Centre (DGC) and the Contracting Authority is a public authority under the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities. The Contracting Authority is responsible for the development and implementation of a Digital Twin for the Danish gas network. The Digital Twin will be used to optimise the operation and maintenance of the gas network, as well as to support the integration of renewable gases and the transition to a low-carbon energy system.

The Contracting Authority invites tenders for the supply and implementation of a Digital Twin solution for the Danish gas network. The solution must be able to:

- Model and simulate the behaviour of the gas network under different operating conditions.

- Integrate data from various sources, including sensors, meters, and other relevant data sources.

- Provide real-time monitoring and analysis of the gas network.

- Support decision-making processes related to the operation and maintenance of the gas network.

- Facilitate the integration of renewable gases and other low-carbon energy sources.

- Ensure data security and privacy.

The Digital Twin solution must be based on open standards and be interoperable with other systems and platforms. The solution must also be scalable and flexible to accommodate future changes and expansions of the gas network.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to negotiate with the most economically advantageous tender and to award the contract to the tenderer who offers the best value for money. The Contracting Authority also reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any time.

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the Danish e-procurement portal (DGC's e-procurement portal) by 12:00 noon on 15 September 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.
