Beskrivelse

The Norwegian Health Network SF (NHN) has for several years managed a joint national agreement for the health companies in Norway on the purchase and use of software licences from Splunk on behalf of all health regions and NHN. The current contract expires in December 2026 and involved entities shall enter into separate agreements that cover the need for closer follow-up, better commercial terms and greater flexibility in the further development of the system with software licences from Splunk. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a business specific agreement that ensures the Contracting Authority (NHN) the right to the procurement of licences connected to Splunk software on economic favourable terms. All services in the procurement will relate to software that is closely integrated into the contracting authority ́s IT systems over several years, and which the contracting authority has already made major investments in both hardware and the procurement of licences.
