Περιγραφή

SKI παρέχει εδώ ένα δυναμικό σύστημα αγορών (επόμενο σύστημα) σχετικά με την αγορά κυκλικού IT και υπηρεσιών επέκτασης ζωής. Το σύστημα περιλαμβάνει μία κατηγορία αγοράς: κυκλικό IT και υπηρεσίες επέκτασης ζωής. Σε όλες τις συγκεκριμένες αγορές στο σύστημα, εφαρμόζεται το κριτήριο απονομής "Τιμή". Είναι προαιρετικό για όλους τους πελάτες του SKI, όπως φαίνεται στο Παράρτημα B.1 Λίστα Πελάτων, να χρησιμοποιούν το σύστημα όταν θέλουν να αγοράσουν κυκλικό IT και υπηρεσίες επέκτασης ζωής.
