Γερμανία – Αρχιτεκτονικές και συναφείς υπηρεσίες – Neubau eines Schulcampus in Neudietendorf im Landkreis Gotha: Planungsleistungen der LPH 1-3 mit einem Planungswettbewerb in Form eines Stegreifentwurfes

Due to the non-renovable old building, the construction of a new building for a two-track primary school and a one-to-two-track general school is recommended. Additionally, six classrooms and optionally special rooms for the adjacent Gymnasium are planned. The aim of the project is to create a modern, functionally designed and future-proof school campus that meets the school building recommendations of the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the framework curriculum of the Thüringer Schulordnung, as well as the current pedagogical, technical and energy requirements. With the new building, a sustainable, barrier-free and pedagogically high-quality educational site is to be created, which will contribute to the long-term improvement of the school and educational infrastructure of the region.

Σε συνεπεία του μη ανακαινίσιμου παλιού κτιρίου, συνιστάται η κατασκευή ενός νέου κτιρίου για ένα διπλό δρόμο δημοτικό σχολείο και ένα μονο-διπλό δρόμο γενικού σχολείου. Επιπλέον, προγραμματίζονται έξι αίθουσες διδασκαλίας καθώς και προαιρετικά ειδικά δωμάτια για το γειτονικό γυμνάσιο. Ο στόχος του έργου είναι η δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονου, λειτουργικά σχεδιασμένου και μελλοντικού σχολικού campus, που απαντά στις συστάσεις για την κατασκευή σχολείων του κρατίδιου του Μεκλεμβούργου-Προπομπεργκ και του πλαισίου ωρών διδασκαλίας του σχολικού κανονισμού της Θουριγγίας, καθώς και στις τρέχουσες παιδαγωγικές, τεχνικές και ενεργειακές απαιτήσεις. Με την νέα κατασκευή, θα δημιουργηθεί ένας βιώσιμος, χωρίς εμπόδια και παιδαγωγικά υψηλής ποιότητας εκπαιδευτικός τόπος, ο οποίος θα συμβάλλει στην μακροπρόθεσμη βελτίωση της σχολικής και εκπαιδευτικής υποδομής της περιοχής.
