C-smart dv act as a purchasing centre and wishes to conclude a non-exclusive framework agreement with one contractor for the supply, installation and operation of an integrated end-to-end solution for enforcement based on (ANPR) camera technology. The framework agreement includes, among other things, the supply and installation of (ANPR) camera infrastructure and related components, as well as software solutions for camera management, detection and processing of infringements, administrative and/or police follow-up, fine processing and collection. In addition, the contract includes supporting services such as configuration, training, maintenance, support, monitoring and integration with existing systems of purchasers.
