Germany – Supply services of medical personnel – Notärztliche Personalgestellung für den Märkischen Kreis ab 2027 (in zwei Losen)

The Märkische Kreis (Contracting Authority) is obligated, as the provider of emergency services within its jurisdiction, to ensure that the population is provided with adequate and comprehensive emergency medical services, including emergency medical care as part of the emergency services. To this end, the Contracting Authority intends to transfer, from 01.01.2027, the provision of emergency medical services in the municipalities of Altena/Nachrodt-Wiblingwerde (at the Altena site) and Werdohl/Neuenrade (at the Werdohl site) to suitable emergency medical service providers by public law contract and with reference to the NRW Rescue Act. The contract durations for the lot-specific emergency medical service sites Altena (Lot 1) and Werdohl (Lot 2) are initially two years (Lot 1) and three years (Lot 2) and include a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contractual agreement twice by one year each after the two- or three-year base period has expired. The transfer of emergency medical services includes the provision of emergency medical personnel by the future contractors, as well as the related services based on the contents described in the service description and the service contracts to be concluded between the Contracting Authority and the future service providers.
