Poland – Technical computer support services – Świadczenie usługi serwisu pogwarancyjnego dla macierzy Hitachi

The subject of the contract is the provision of a warranty service for Hitachi motherboards, covering:

1) In the scope of the basic order:

a) Removal of Hardware or Standard Software Faults, in accordance with the provisions of point III, paragraph 4, Volume III SWZ OPZ;

b) Handling of Service Reports, in accordance with point III, paragraph 5, Volume III SWZ OPZ;

c) Diagnostics of Hardware and Standard Software in terms of the correct operation of individual functionalities;

d) Carrying out annual Preventive Maintenance of Hardware and Standard Software;

e) Updating Standard Software to the version recommended by the manufacturer of the Hardware, within 14 days from the date of submission by the Contracting Authority of the notification, the template of which is Annex No. 4 to Volume II SWZ PPU. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the above deadline, which it will inform the Contractor in the Service Report form;

f) Providing access to a dedicated website for Standard Software, enabling the Contracting Authority to independently download current versions of Standard Software.

2) In the scope of the order covered by the option:

a) Removal of Hardware or Standard Software Faults, in accordance with the provisions of point III, paragraph 4, Volume III SWZ OPZ;

b) Handling of Service Reports, in accordance with the provisions of point III, paragraph 5, Volume III SWZ OPZ;

c) Diagnostics of Hardware and Standard Software in terms of the correct operation of individual functionalities;

d) Carrying out annual Preventive Maintenance of Hardware and Standard Software;

e) Updating Standard Software to the version recommended by the manufacturer of the Hardware, within 14 days from the date of submission by the Contracting Authority of the notification, the template of which is Annex No. 4 to Volume II SWZ PPU. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the above deadline, which it will inform the Contractor in the Service Report form;

f) Providing access to a dedicated website for Standard Software, enabling the Contracting Authority to independently download current versions of Standard Software.
