The GIZ intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of moving and transport services, including room preparation and temporary storage of inventory at the Eschborn site. The place of performance are the GIZ properties at Dag-Hammarskjöld-Weg 1-5 and Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 7 and 30-34 (six buildings, approx. 81,000 m2 of usable space, around 2,800 workplaces). The day-to-day operation includes internal site transport, rearranging and assembling office furniture, providing/delivering moving materials, room conversions according to specifications (including checklists) and inventory movements requiring documentation. Additional capacities and project management can be called upon for larger moves. A core team of four qualified personnel (including team leader) must be available from Mo-Fr 07:00-15:30; deployments outside these times must be possible on call. Billing is on an hourly basis and upon proof; materials and transport according to price list. Temporary storage includes packing, safekeeping, inventory lists (including barcode/photos), condition check and reinstallation.
