The subject of the Contract is the repair of metro vehicle couplers, divided into 3 tasks: - Task No. I: "Repair of couplers for metro vehicles type Inspiro in accordance with Annex „A” - Task No. II: "Repair of couplers for metro vehicles type Skoda Varsovia in accordance with Annex „B” - Task No. III: "Repair of couplers for metro vehicles type Metropolis 98B in accordance with Annex „C” 2. The subject of the Contract will be implemented in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e.: the present SWZ and its annexes, in particular in the scope and in accordance with the conditions specified in the Technical Specification (constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - hereinafter „TS”) together with the annexes and in the Contract Template (constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 3. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of tenders for one or more Tasks, with the reservation that the tender must cover the entire scope of each offered Task. 4. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, requires the employment, on the basis of an employment contract in the sense of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277 with later amendments), by the Contractor or Subcontractor, of all persons performing activities related to the repair of metro vehicle couplers.
