The subject of this public procurement is the supply and implementation of disk arrays, in compliance with the requirements of Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cybersecurity (Cybersecurity Act) (hereinafter referred to as the "ZoKB") and Decree No. 409/2025 Coll., on security measures of a regulated service provider in the regime of higher obligations to Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cybersecurity, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree").
