As part of the metal construction and glazing works, all aluminium external doors, fire protection and smoke control elements, as well as the associated glazing, are to be manufactured and installed. The scope of services includes a total of 9 aluminium external door elements, some with side panels and transoms, equipped with thermally insulated and barrier-free thresholds, panic fittings, multi-point locking systems, and high-quality stainless steel fittings. In addition, 5 internal fire protection and smoke control elements in fire resistance classes T30 and T30-RS with corresponding fire protection glazing are to be executed. Additionally, a letterbox system integrated into the façade surface, aluminium reveals and lintel cladding, magnetic contacts for closure monitoring, and all connection, sealing and installation work are part of the scope. The execution also includes the necessary workshop and execution planning, static proofs, the initial cleaning of all elements after completion, as well as the inspection and maintenance of the fire doors during the warranty period.
