The subject of this procurement is the selection of a private partner for entrusting the performance of the public utility service of scheduled passenger transport in urban and suburban traffic within the territory of the City of Valjevo, through a public-private partnership with concession elements. The procedure is conducted as an open procedure. The contract will be awarded based on the best price-quality ratio. The estimated duration of the contract is 120 months.
