France – Weed-killing services – Désherbage mécanique et manuel des voiries de la ville

The contract concerns the provision of mechanical and manual weeding services for roadways within the territory of the city of Sevran. More specifically, this service involves the mechanical and manual weeding of 90 kilometres of roadways, including gutters and drain grates, including those of central reservations, pavements, alleys, central reservations, squares, and pedestrian walkways, the bases of walls, street furniture, posts, and edgings around trees and signage panels (…). The kilometrage is equal to the linear distance of the roadway including both pavements as well as the previously mentioned elements. The areas are identifiable on the attached plan as well as the list of streets described in the annexes. The service also includes the systematic removal of weeds, including the collection and disposal of green waste. The contractor undertakes an obligation of result tending to carry out all necessary services in order to ensure complete weeding of the municipal roadways and this in compliance with the rules of the art.
