Electronic Open Procedure above threshold for the project «Supply of Services for the Relocation of the Judicial Services of Piraeus to the new Judicial Building» The estimated value of the present contract amounts to 1.736.000,00 € including VAT 24% (budget excluding VAT: 1.400.000,00 €, VAT: 336.000,00 €). After the award of the initial contract, during the implementation of the project and before the expiry of the contract, the Contracting Authority may decide to exercise an option right with an increase of the physical object of the project (as this is described herein) up to ten percent (10%) of the contract price. Consequently, the total maximum estimated value of the contract, including the option right as mentioned above, amounts to 1.540.000,00 € excluding VAT (budget including VAT: 1.909.000,00 €, VAT 24%: 369.600,00 €).
