The products are required within the AgroCliN Centre of Excellence – “Fostering Climate Neutrality and Resilience through Agriculture”, a project funded under the PN-IV-PRO-CoEx-2024-1 competition, contract 13CoEx/2026. The deadline for requesting clarifications: at least 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The response to clarification requests will be published in the SEAP at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art. 27 (3) of H.G. no. 395/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions relating to the award of the public procurement contract/ framework agreement from Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, only clarification requests submitted by economic operators up to the deadline of at least 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders will be answered.
