The city of Porta Westfalica intends to demolish the existing school and construct a new 3-storey primary school complex with an integrated sports hall. The site also includes an existing sports hall, which will be retained, and a heat station, which will be newly constructed. The heat station will supply the new school complex and the existing sports hall. The heat station will be constructed simultaneously with the new school complex. The outdoor facilities will be redesigned as part of the construction project. Existing trees will be preserved as far as possible and integrated into the new outdoor facilities. The contractor is responsible for the measurement and control technology of the school building and the heat station. The services to be tendered include, among others, the creation of control cabinets, laying of lines, installation and commissioning of the measurement and control technology for the heating and ventilation systems.
