Poland – Ambulances – Dostawa ambulansu typu B o DMC do 3,5 tony z wyposażeniem medycznym

The subject of the contract is the Delivery of a Type B ambulance with a DMC up to 3.5 tonnes with medical equipment. The contract is divided into two parts. The contractor may submit a bid for one or all parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. When specifying the requirements in terms of standards, the contracting authority indicates this as a requirement to meet these standards or equivalent – within the scope of each part of the subject of the contract, or assortments, in which such standards have been specified. The contractor will be obliged to carry out warranty inspections during the warranty period for stretchers and stair-climbing chairs at the contracting authority's headquarters. In addition: 1) The contractor must indicate an authorized warranty service entitled to repair vehicles and equipment under warranty in Poland, located closest to the contracting authority's headquarters, 2) The contractor must indicate an authorized warranty and post-warranty service for medical equipment in Poland. 3) The minimum warranty period for the base vehicle, without mileage limitation, is 24 months. 4) The minimum warranty period for the specialist ambulance body, medical equipment and other equipment installed in the ambulance is 24 months. 5) The minimum warranty period for body perforation is 120 months. 6) The term of all warranties begins from the date of delivery of the complete vehicle adapted as an ambulance to the contracting authority's headquarters and the signing of the acceptance protocol without reservations. 7) The contractor is obliged to conduct user training for medical personnel in the scope of operation, as well as operation and maintenance of the ambulance and equipment installed therein, when delivering the vehicle adapted as an ambulance, and to train the indicated employees of the contracting authority in the scope of technical operation, use, and repairs within the timeframe agreed with the contracting authority. 8) The contractor is obliged to install in the ambulance devices of the Command and Control Assistance System /SWD PRM/ consisting of a GPS module, a printer holder, and a holder/docking station for a portable tablet without losing the vehicle manufacturer's warranty. 9) The subject of the contract must have a certificate of approval issued on the basis of the provisions of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 March 2013 on the type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (i.e. Journal of Laws 2015, item 1475 as amended), for an ambulance. The ambulance must comply with the provisions of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2016, item 2022). 10) After delivering the ambulance with the equipment and all required documents, the contractor is obliged to cooperate with the contracting authority during the ambulance registration process. In particular, it is obliged to complete all documents required by state institutions, e.g. the Road Transport Department, Vehicle and Driver Registration, NFZ. 11) The contractor is responsible for the quality of the subject of the contract, compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the contract. 12) The contracting authority is not liable for damages caused by the contractor during the execution of the subject of the contract.
