The contract concerns the supply of products and devices for paediatric nutrition for the Groupement Hospitalier Universitaire de Champagne, the beneficiary establishments of which are: the CHU de Reims, the CH Auban Moët d'Epernay and the CH Léon Bourgeois de Châlons-en-Champagne. The present contract takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by the issuance of successive order forms under the conditions set out in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is single-supplier and is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum. The estimated annual quantities are set out in the summary of needs attached to the Technical Specifications Document (Annex No. 1 to the CCTP). The maximum annual amount may not exceed 300% of the amount determined by applying the unit prices to the estimated quantities. The contract is divided into 228 lots detailed in the summary of needs (Annex No. 1 to the CCTP), which is freely accessible on the site https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr.
