Germany – Chemical products – Rahmenvertrag bzgl. der Lieferung von Fällungsmitteln für die Düsseldorfer Klärwerke 2027-2030

The services described below involve the supply of iron(III) salt solution (Lot 1), sodium aluminate solution (Lot 2), and aluminium sulphate in solid form (Lot 3) for wastewater and sludge treatment at the two wastewater treatment plants of the Stadtentwässerungsbetrieb Düsseldorf, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority (CA). The place of performance is the respective wastewater treatment plant (WTP). The transport risk is borne solely by the contractor (CO). The total scope of the services is divided into three lots. The quantities required, as stated in the lots, are estimates based on the consumption of the past years and are likely to be needed over a period of one year. Exceeding or falling short of these quantities is possible and does not entitle to price changes during the contract period. The delivery period is one year and begins on 01.01.2027. The schedule of services also includes an option for annual extension up to a maximum of 31.12.2030.
