Poland – Credit granting services – Udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 5 850 000,00 złotych

Subject of the contract is the "Granting and servicing of a long-term loan of 5 850 000,00 PLN (five million eight hundred and fifty thousand PLN). The loan will be granted to finance the planned budget deficit, including the repayment of previously incurred liabilities from loans and credits. 2. Key provisions of the contract, resulting from the planned method of implementing the contract: 1) Planned loan commencement date – 15 October 2026. The loan will be activated within 5 days from the date of the request by the contracting authority; 2) Loan security – blank promissory note; 3) Possibility to change the repayment schedule; 4) Repayment of capital instalments will be made in 78 equal monthly instalments from July 2028 to December 2034 in the amount of 75 000 PLN. Repayments will be made on the last working day of each month starting from 31.07.2028 to 31.12.2034; 5) Capital repayment grace period until 30.06.2028; 6) Current interest repayment – monthly period.
