The public procurement covers the preparation of the Documentation for Obtaining a Building Permit (DGD) for the project "District Heating Velenje – Phase 2", annual regime, in accordance with the valid legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, and the obtaining of all necessary opinions and other bases required for the preparation of the DGD and the obtaining of a building permit (including amendments, preparation and alignment of project documentation at the request of the competent authorities in the procedure for obtaining a building permit, until its issuance and legal validity). During the execution of the DGD, the contractor will have to align with the designer of the spatial act, which is in the preparation process and whose adoption is scheduled for April 2027. The project includes a system of heat pumps with a storage tank, a solar power plant and a pumping station, for which the documentation is prepared on the basis of the already prepared conceptual design (IDZ), project no. 9304/2025 and project conditions.
