Kauno švietimo inovacijų centras intends to purchase services for the provision of Lithuanian language and culture teaching to teachers and special education needs assistants. The requirements for the services are specified in the technical specification. It is intended to conclude a preliminary contract for the provision of services for Lithuanian language and culture teaching to teachers and special education needs assistants (hereinafter - Preliminary Contract), on the basis of which main contracts for the provision of training to individual groups will be concluded. The Preliminary Contract is intended to be concluded with 4 suppliers (or fewer than 4 (four) if fewer than 4 suppliers are recognised as the winning suppliers of the Competition) who have submitted bids that meet the requirements set out in the procurement documents. A renewed supplier competition will be carried out (if the Preliminary Contract is concluded with more than 1 supplier) or a non-renewed supplier competition procedure will be applied (only in the case where the Preliminary Contract is concluded with one Supplier and the Purchaser chooses not to apply the renewed supplier competition procedure when concluding a specific Main Contract). The services will be purchased for Kauno švietimo inovacijų centras. The preliminary quantities of the services to be purchased are indicated in the tender form (Annex 2 to the competition conditions), the technical specification and Annex 3 to the Preliminary Contract. The Purchaser is not obliged to ensure the purchase of all the specified services and all their quantities. The requirements for the procurement object are set out in Annex 7 to the special procurement conditions.
