The subject of the public contract is the delivery, implementation, and provision of subsequent support and development of the electronic records management system (eSSL), including the necessary document management system. The fulfillment includes, in particular, the conduct of pre-implementation analysis, delivery, and configuration of application software, implementation, data migration, ensuring test operation, delivery of operational and security documentation, ensuring user training, provision of support services, development services for the duration of the contract's validity, and provision of exit services. The delivery must be in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, valid legal and technical regulations, the National Standard for eSSL, and must enable the acquisition and maintenance of valid certification in accordance with Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on archives and records management and amending certain laws, as amended.
