The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting of thermo-modernisation along with the reconstruction of the former Adult Education Centre building at Wiślanej 27 Street for the needs of the City Guard. The description of the subject of the contract is the documentation, which together with the list constitutes an annex to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority envisages the awarding of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Act. Any similar contracts will: 1) cover an increased scope of works specified in the design documentation and not specified in the design documentation, but consistent with the subject of the contract. In this case, it will concern the execution of works related to the reconstruction of rooms along with finishing works, replacement of window and door joinery, expansion of internal and external installations (including electrical, telecommunication, water and sewerage, heating, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, rainwater, fire protection, hydrant), external road works. 2) the conclusion of the contract will be preceded by an appropriate invitation to negotiations and negotiations. 3. For interested Contractors, the Contracting Authority enables participation in a meeting to view the site of the planned investment: on 10.07.2026 at 11.00. The meeting place is at the entrance to the former Adult Education Centre building at Wiślanej 27 Street. Participation in the meeting is not mandatory. 4. The project is co-financed from an investment loan, from the resources of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan within Investment B3.4.1. "Investments for green transformation of cities".
