The subject of the public procurement is the restoration of an organ with a mechanical action and slider chests, with a main organ of eleven stops, a pedal of five stops, and a positive of six stops, with a playing desk inserted into the pedestal of the main case, and with an air system with wedge bellows (hereinafter also referred to as the “organ”), which is part of the organ built in 1678–1682 by Nicolas Christeindl and Bernhard Wollers (hereinafter also referred to as the “organ”) in the Church of the Body of God and Our Lady in Český Krumlov, located on plot no. 761 in the cadastral area of Český Krumlov (hereinafter also referred to as the “church”). The church is part of the cultural monument Minorite monastery, which is listed in the Central List of Cultural Monuments under registration number ÚSKP 33669/3-1174 and is part of the area of the Historic Centre of Český Krumlov, enjoying comprehensive monument protection as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, registration number ÚSKP 3. The restoration will take place within the time limit and under the conditions set out in the binding tender (hereinafter also referred to as the “contract”), which is in Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation, within the scope and using the materials and technological procedures set out in the document Restoration Intent for the Organs. Church of the Body of God and Our Lady of Sorrows, Český Krumlov. Štěpán Svoboda, 2022 (hereinafter also referred to as the “restoration intent”), which is in Annex No. 5 of the tender documentation, and in accordance with the conditions set out in the Binding Opinion MUCK 31958/2023/OPP/JL on the restoration of the organs in the Church of the Body of God and Our Lady on plot no. 761, Church of the Body of God and Our Lady, Latrán, Český Krumlov (hereinafter also referred to as the “binding opinion”), which is in Annex No. 6 of the tender documentation.
