Spain – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Contrato de servicio para la realización de labores de seguridad y salud en la conservación y vialidad invernal en la RAEGA (2026)

The subject of the present contract is the provision of the functions assigned to the promoter who contracts with third parties to carry out work, as established by Law 31/1995 on the prevention of occupational risks, Law 54/2003, which amends the regulatory framework for the prevention of occupational risks, Royal Decree 171/2004 and Royal Decree 1627/1997, and in particular those related to the coordination of safety and health. It also includes advisory functions related to the necessary measures to enforce the current legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention in the work carried out by the staff of the Agencia Gallega de Infraestructuras in the conservation and winter road maintenance of roads, and all other services related to safety and health, as required by the current legislation regarding the obligations and functions established for the promoter and for the safety and health coordinator. The scope of the contract includes the following actions within the territorial scope of each lot subject to the Tender: The coordination of safety and health in contracts for works, services and service provision assignments, as well as advice and supervision in matters of safety and health of the actions promoted by the Agencia Gallega de Infraestructuras within the territorial scope corresponding to the contract. The works referred to in the preceding paragraph include both those carried out by the means available to the Agencia Gallega de Infraestructuras, and through the service contracts for winter road maintenance and ordinary maintenance, the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works, the emergency works, the works to improve the roads of low IMD, those to improve road safety and any other promoted by the Agencia Gallega de Infraestructuras, including the service provision assignments, that are being executed or that will be executed during the validity of the contract; except for those that, due to their specificity, the Agencia Gallega de Infraestructuras decides to contract individually. Exceptionally, other works belonging to other scopes may be included if the Contract Management considers it convenient. The works to be carried out will be tendered in four lots, each lot consisting of the works described above within the territorial scope of each of the four Galician provinces.
