Czechia – Tax consultancy services – VFN Poskytování daňového poradenství

The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also "PC") is the provision of tax advisory services to the General Teaching Hospital in Prague (hereinafter also "GTH"). The subject of the performance includes in particular: preparation of monthly VAT returns, including reports on the preparation of the tax return; processing, regular review and updating of written methodology for the application of VAT; processing and submission of corporate income tax returns for the years 2026-2029; solving partial and specific problems of the client in the area of VAT and corporate income tax; representing GTH within the scope of authorization, which will be granted to the tax advisor as needed in tax proceedings and in further negotiations with the tax administrator in the matter of VAT and in proceedings related to this tax; processing and submission of real estate tax returns for the years 2027-2030, if the Client is obliged to submit a real estate tax return. The contract for the PC will be concluded for a definite period until 30.06.2030.
