The subject of the public contract is the provision of waste management services - in accordance with the generally binding decrees of the municipality and in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended, and in accordance with the current legislation, and the provision of other services and supplies specifically specified below. Specifically, the subject of the public contract is the collection, transport and disposal of mixed municipal waste and sorted components of municipal waste (i.e. the provision of waste management services)
