The subject of the public procurement contract is the detailed design, manufacture and supply of the vacuum system "Simulation chamber low-Earth orbital atomic oxygen environment" (hereinafter referred to as the "equipment" and for low-Earth orbital atomic oxygen as "LEO AO") for the needs of the Centre for Polymer Systems of Tomas Bata University in Zlín, within the project: OP TAK University Technology Centre for Practice (UTCP) – activity b), project registration number CZ.01.01.01/04/23_041/0005160, in the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions. The fulfillment of the public procurement contract also includes the performance of all tests, measurements, controls, inspections, training of the tenderer's personnel and other activities that are required by legal regulations, technical standards or tender documentation with regard to the nature of the subject of the fulfillment.
