Public service contract for the corrective maintenance, evolutionary maintenance, transition, operational support and management of applications for the TRIA application (-DGHAN-). The contract covers the provision of services in the following areas: software corrective maintenance; software evolutionary maintenance – including technological modernisation; application support; handling of service requests; technical and architectural assistance; incident and problem management (2nd and 3rd level support); version management; knowledge transfer; transition from a development phase to operational exploitation (RUN); and application management and governance.
