The subject of the contract entitled "Shooting Protective Equipment - Active Hearing Protection for Noise Exposure Activities, Active Hearing Protection for Regular Duty Performance, Tactical Eye Protection" is divided into 3 separately evaluated parts. The result of the public procurement will be the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for 48 months for each separately evaluated part of the contract, to which Orders will be issued. A detailed description of Part I, II, III of the subject of the contract is given in Annex 1 of the tender documents. The procured goods, hearing protectors and goggles of the subject of the contract in accordance with the more detailed description in Annex 1SP are shooting protective equipment, the purpose of which is to protect the hearing and vision of Police Force members during shooting while performing duties, as well as during training. These personal protective equipment will serve to increase the safety and protect the health of Police Force members during the performance of service interventions, service activities and training. Through the public procurement of the subject of the contract, the renewal of obsolete or the supplementation of missing shooting protective equipment for Police Force members will be ensured.
