Czechia – Architectural and related services – KoPÚ Branišov na Šumavě a část k. ú. Dobříkov na Šumavě

The subject of the public procurement is the processing of the design of complex land arrangements (hereinafter "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area of Branišov na Šumavě and in the adjacent part of the cadastral area of Dobříkov na Šumavě, including necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Sb., on the real estate cadastre, as amended. The KoPÚ design will be processed so that it can be entered into the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land arrangement proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ design will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that precisely corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Sb., on the procedure for carrying out land arrangements and the requirements for land arrangement proposals, as amended. The KoPÚ will be addressed with regard to the adjustment of water management conditions, anti-erosion measures. The cadastral area of the municipality of Branišov na Šumavě and the adjacent part of the cadastral area of Dobříkov na Šumavě, outside the built-up area of the municipality, will be included in the scope of the KoPÚ. The estimated area of the territory to be addressed is 152 ha.
