Poland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Rozbudowa i integracja systemów sprzedaży i kontroli oraz portalu pasażera wraz z zakupem niezbędnej infrastruktury

The subject of the contract is the expansion and integration of ticket sales and control systems operating in the Municipal Transport Authority in Rzeszow, including the expansion of central systems, mobile application, Passenger Portal, e-Shop system, ticket vending machine system, cash register software, and control devices, along with the supply and commissioning of the necessary teleinformatics infrastructure for the proper functioning of the expanded system. The contract includes the execution of all design, implementation, integration, configuration, and commissioning works necessary to deliver a complete, integrated, and operational solution. The contracting authority requires that the offered subject of the contract does not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services, or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the security of the state; 2) an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. In accordance with Article 2(12-14) of Regulation 2019/881 on ENISA (the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity) and cybersecurity certification in the field of information and communication technologies and repealing Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 (the Cybersecurity Act) - an ICT product is an element or group of elements of a network or information systems, - an ICT service is a service consisting fully or mainly of transmitting, storing, retrieving, or processing information via networks and information systems, - an ICT process is a set of activities carried out for the purpose of designing, developing, delivering, or maintaining ICT products or ICT services. 2. Size/Scope 1) Expansion of central systems. 2) Expansion of mobile application. 3) Expansion of Passenger Portal. 4) Expansion of e-Shop system. 5) Expansion of ticket vending machine system. 6) Expansion of cash register software. 7) Expansion of control device functionality. 8) Supply, configuration, and commissioning of teleinformatics infrastructure, including: • high-performance rack servers – 4 units, • network security device (Firewall/UTM) – 1 unit, • configuration and migration service for the security device – 1 service, • server operating system for the server platform – 16 licenses, • configuration and migration service for the virtualization environment – 1 service, • server operating system licenses – 150 units, • remote access licenses to the server system – 40 units, • database management system licenses for multiple processor cores – 2 units. 9) Provision of warranty and guarantee for a period of 60 months. 3.
