Maintenance services for green areas of Klaipėda City Municipality institutions. The supplier's offer price must not exceed 150 000,00 EUR with VAT (or 123 966,94 EUR without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, due to which the final amount to be paid by the Purchasing Organisation to the supplier will be without VAT), offers exceeding this amount will be considered non-compliant and will be rejected. Preliminary quantities of the services to be procured are indicated in Annex 1 to the tender specification, they may be reduced or increased during the Contract execution according to the needs of the Purchasing Organisation. The services may be ordered for a maximum of 150 000,00 EUR with VAT (or 123 966,94 EUR without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, due to which the final amount to be paid by the Purchasing Organisation to the supplier will be without VAT). More detailed information about the services to be procured and the requirements are provided in the technical specification and its annex (Annex 3 to the tender specification). This procurement is not divisible, therefore the supplier must submit an offer for the entire scope of the procurement.
