Belgium – Repair and maintenance services – MARCHÉ DE SERVICES RELATIF À L’ENTRETIEN ET RÉPARATION DES INSTALLATIONS HVAC DES BÂTIMENTS ET LOGEMENTS COMMUNAUX

- Annual maintenance of HVAC installations; The contractor is responsible for carrying out preventive and regulatory maintenance of all HVAC installations belonging to the municipal administration of Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications as well as the standards and regulations in force. This maintenance includes, in particular, the operations of verification, cleaning, adjustment, safety check and verification of the proper functioning of the equipment.

- Repair of HVAC installations (including replacement of parts if necessary); The service provider ensures the repair interventions of the HVAC installations in case of breakdown or malfunction, following a request for intervention issued by the municipal administration. These interventions include the diagnosis of the breakdown, the search for the cause of the malfunction as well as the implementation of the necessary repairs in order to restore the proper functioning of the installations within the shortest possible time. When necessary to ensure the repair, the service provider also proceeds with the replacement of defective or worn parts, after diagnosis and, if necessary, prior validation by the contracting authority. The replaced parts must be in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications and the technical standards in force.
